Wrecked Car
I've been wracking up a rather large amount of fees at the impound yard for my wrecked car. I should go there and retrieve the vehicle. But what am I going to do with it? Put it in my driveway? I'm still waiting to hear from the insurance company, fighting with them, going back and forth.
It's been almost a year and I'm still trying to get the replacement value.
I'm in no mood to look at what was once my 'new' car. More like a 'new' wrecked car.
I was dead for 3 days from December 23 2005 - December 2 2005.

A salvage yard will certainly take it, albeit this will be $500 bucks at top, but I really doubt you'll get that much. It's probably best to get an independent claims adjuster and a laywer. The automobile insurance company shouldn't be able to deny a claim for vehicle upset/overturn based on your story...plus you're in California, which means you have even more rights as an insured.
